Easy Lemon Cake

  • Prep Time: 20 minutes(Total time: 1 hour 25 minutes)
  • Serving Size: 16
  • 1 pkg. (2-layer size) Lemon Cake Mix
  • 1-1/2 cups Cold Milk
  • 2 pkg. (4-serving size each) JELL-O Lemon Flavor Instant Pudding & Pie Filling
  • 1 tub (8 oz.) Whipped Topping, Thawed
  • PREPARE and bake cake mix as directed on package for 2 (8- or 9-inch) round cake layers. Cool completely.

    POUR milk into medium bowl. Add dry pudding mixes. Beat with wire whisk 2 minutes. Immediately spread over tops of cake layers.

    TOP 1 cake layer with remaining layer. Frost top and side of cake with whipped topping. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Store leftover cake in refrigerator.
